If you would like to order a specific dye lot, please do the following:
• Place your order with the yarn you want
• Immediately send an email to info@rito.com with the following information:
Your order number
Your requested dye lot / lot number
Whether you would like us to ship the yarn if the requested dye lot is not in stock
• Wait for a reply from customer service
Remember to include your order number.
Once we have received your email, your order will automatically be put on hold while we check if the requested dye lot is in stock.
Your request to receive yarn with a specific dye lot will be processed within 48 hours.
